Feeds
What are the feeds?
To quote Wikipedia:
On the World Wide Web, a web feed (or news feed) is a data format used for providing users with frequently updated content.
In other words, feeds allow you to get automatic notification about changes on the website, without the need to visit it from time to time. In order to utilize this, you need to use a special software known as Feed reader/aggregator, and to supply it with a list of feeds you want to follow.
(Interesting to note is that Aggregater.net is also a feed aggregator, because it automatically aggregates articles from various websites by using their feeds; but it is also a "feed provider", which is why you are probably reading this)

OPML list
If you want to avoid Aggregater.net custom feeds (and some processing - cleanup of HTML mostly - that is done), you can export a list of the channels in OPML format, and use your favorite feed reader to import the list. This way you can utilize channel feeds directly, but you lose the ability to get notified about new channels being added here.
